Lemon Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cornstarch
    1 c. (2 sticks) margarine, softened
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix with mixer until fluffy.
    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they start to brown.
    Let cool several minutes on sheet before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
    Prepare icing (recipe follows).
    Gently spread onto cookies.
    You might have some icing left over.
    Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
