"Closest To Granny'S" Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 deep dish pie shell

Preparation

Beat together sugar and eggs.
Add potatoes, vanilla and melted butter.
Mix and then add milk.
Cook in unbaked pie shell for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
