Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 container Cool Whip
chocolate syrup
Preparation

Heat water and margarine to boiling.
Stir in flour over heat until ball forms.
Remove from heat and add eggs.
Beat well until smooth.
Spread in lightly greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
(May take less time.) Cool, there will be air bubbles in crust.
Press down.
Cream cheese.
Prepare pudding as directed on package and mix together with cream cheese.
Spread over dough.
Spread medium size container of Cool Whip over pudding and drizzle chocolate syrup over topping.
Refrigerate.
