Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. 6-inch flour tortillas
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can RoTel
    1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 small can chopped jalapeno
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and drain.
    Add RoTel, enchilada sauce and jalapenos.
    Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat.
    Spray 9-inch x 13-inch casserole dish with no stick cooking spray. Layer tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese.
    Will make two layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese bubbles.
    Serve with sour cream.
