Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. (5 oz. can) evaporated milk
    1 pkg. peanut butter morsels
    1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Microwave margarine in a 4-quart bowl on high for 1 minute or until melted.
    Add sugar and milk.
    Mix well.
    Microwave on High 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil.
    Stir after 3 minutes. Mix well; scrape bowl.
    Microwave 5 1/2 minutes; stir after 3 minutes.
    Gradually add peanut butter morsels.
    Stir until melted. Add Marshmallow Creme and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool at room temperature; cut into squares. Make about 3 pounds.
