Pancake Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 tsp. maple extract
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a boil until sugar dissolves (a good rolling boil).
    Turn off burner but leave on the burner until bubbling stops.
    Yields 3 3/4 cups.
