Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onions
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. hot fat
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cream
Preparation

Combine first 10 ingredients.
Shape into balls the size of a walnut.
Brown in hot fat.
Remove meat.
Stir flour, paprika, salt and pepper into fat.
Stir in boiling water and cream. Return meat to gravy.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
