Barbecued Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 c. crushed Hi Ho crackers (about 32 crackers)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 (4 oz. size) pkg. Blue cheese
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion, grated
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix everything but meat; let stand to soften.
    Mix in meat. Roll into small balls.
    Broil in oven 5 to 8 minutes, using a large cookie sheet.
    To barbecue, place meat balls in crock-pot. Add enough sauce (one large bottle of barbecue sauce) to cover.
