Bread Or Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk or potato water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco or 1 stick butter
    2 c. bread flour
    2 pkg. RapidRise yeast (I have used the other and it does fine, also)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    As you mix, add additional flour, stirring the bowl often. Add up to 5 1/2 cups of flour for rolls.
    Add about 6 cups for bread.
    If you have a strong mixer with a dough hook, you won't need to knead it.
    Then pour your rather firm mixture onto a pastry cloth that has been floured.
    Knead only to be able to make a ball.
    Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit 20 to 30 minutes.
