Delicious Crock-Pot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1/2 tsp. garlic and pepper seasoning
    2 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Soak chops in salt water (1 tablespoon salt to enough water to cover chops) for 15 minutes.
    This removes blood from the meat. Remove chops from water; pat dry with paper towels.
    Brown chops in frying pan.
    Place potatoes (washed and sliced lengthwise, with skins on) in bottom of crock-pot.
    Mix soup with water; stir in the garlic and pepper seasoning.
    Pour soup mixture over potatoes in crock-pot.
    After chops are browned, place chops in soup mixture in crock-pot.
    Cover; let cook on high for 4 hours or on low heat for 8 hours.
