Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw cranberries
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped black walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Combine
    cranberries
    and
    water and simmer until skins burst. Add
    sugar;
    cook 3 more minutes.
    Combine gelatin and boiling water;
    stir to dissolve gelatin.
    Chill until syrupy. Fold in cranberries, celery and nuts.
    Pour into 2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
