Susan'S Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1 1/2-inch) thick pork chops
    1 1/2 c. coarse dry bread crumbs
    1 c. chopped apple
    4 Tbsp. raisins
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. minced onions
    salt and pepper, sage
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cut pocket into pork chop.
    Fill with mixture of all other ingredients.
    Fasten closed with toothpicks.
    Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper, and paprika.
    Brown.
    Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook on low heat 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn chops once.
