    vegetable oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch Style dip mix
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded zucchini
