Texas Caviar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans black-eyed peas
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, crushed
2 green peppers, chopped
1 bottle reduced calorie Italian dressing
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
jalapeno peppers (3 to 4 or more), diced
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and chill.
The longer it chills, the better it tastes.
Will keep in the refrigerator indefinitely. Use with nachos as a dip.
