Lemon Luscious Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 prebaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Prepare and bake pastry shell.
    In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; mix well.
    Stir in milk, lemon juice and egg yolks; cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    Stir in butter and lemon peel.
    Cool.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Spoon into cooled, baked pie shell.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
    Store in refrigerator.
