London Broil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
unseasoned meat tenderizer
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, quartered
Preparation

Sprinkle steak with tenderizer.
In small mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
Using fingers, rub marinade into steak on each side.
Place steak and remaining marinade in baking dish or other suitable container; cover and marinate in refrigerator for 8 to 9 hours.
Grill (covered grill preferred) over charcoal to desired doneness.
