Perfect Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. brown sugar
16 oz. pumpkin
13 oz. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp. flour
2 regular pie crusts
Preparation

Combine eggs and pumpkin.
Blend in sugar, spice and flour; mix well.
Add milk; mix well.
Pour into pie crusts.
Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool, serve with whipped cream, if desired.
Store in refrigerator.
