Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry basil leaf
    1 lb. ground beef (I use ground chuck)
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cube in water. Combine bouillon with all ingredients except meat. Mix well. Add beef and pat into loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
