Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1 can milk
    1 frying chicken, cut up (3 lb.)
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.
    Put in uncooked rice.
    Heat can of soup and can of milk together; pour over rice.
    Lay pieces of chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Cover with foil and bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
