Low Fat Turkey Quesadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 flour tortillas
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp. oil
1 pepper, chopped
1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. cilantro
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. salsa
Preparation

Wrap tortillas in foil and warm at 350\u00b0.
Heat oil in pan. Add onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
Add turkey and brown, then all the seasonings, jalapeno and tomato sauce.
Heat through at 450\u00b0.
Place tortilla on cookie sheet.
Top with turkey and cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve with salsa.
