Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 c. bread cubes
    1 egg
    1 tsp. sage
    8 pork chops
    water
Preparation
    Saute first 5 ingredients.
    Moisten bread cubes with water and add egg and sage.
    Mix together and put between 2 pork chops, holding them together with toothpicks.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and tender.
    Serves 4.
