Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium even potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage, or 2 to 3 Tbsp. dried herbs of your choice
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into thin slices, but not all the way through.
    Use a handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.
    Put potatoes in a baking dish; fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with margarine.
    Sprinkle with herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake potatoes for another 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside.
    Serve with favorite meat, fish or poultry dish or as a main dish with a side salad.
