Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cheese
1 lb. butter
4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 c. nuts
Preparation

In large saucepan, melt cheese, butter and vanilla on low heat.
Sift dry ingredients.
Blend cocoa and powdered sugar; add nuts.
Put in large pan.
