Authentic Swedish Meat Balls(Great For Parties) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. top round steak, ground
    1/4 lb. ground pork (optional)
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    2 slices stale bread, soaked in milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients thoroughly together.
    Keeping fingers moist by dipping fingers in bowl of cold water, roll mixture in tiny round balls.
    Fry in butter over a low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Keep turning meat balls while cooking.
    Yields 6 servings.
