Very Berry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 c. graham crackers, crumbled
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed (not evaporated milk)
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. lemon juice (2 small lemons)
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 qt. fresh whole strawberries, cleaned, hulled and chilled
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. prepared strawberry pie glaze, chilled
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar; pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Beat in sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Chill.
    Spread sour cream on cheesecake.
    Top with strawberries and glaze.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
