Gratin Of Potatoes With Boursin - cooking recipe

2 c. whipping cream
1 (5 oz.) bag Boursin cheese with herbs
4 lb. baking potatoes, peeled and cut 1/8-inch thick
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine cream and Boursin in a large heavy saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat. Arrange potatoes in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish, overlapping edges. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour cheese mixture over potatoes, covering them completely.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
