Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. smoked or chipped beef
2 pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. onion salt
dash of white pepper
Preparation

Cream all ingredients together.
Be sure they are mixed well. Form into a ball and roll in chopped parsley or grated pecans. Serve with assorted crackers. Serves 12 to 15.
