Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. bitter chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water or low heat.
    Add water, slowly stirring until smooth.
    Add sugar and syrup.
    Boil until soft stage (235\u00b0).
    Remove from heat, add evaporated milk slowly, then add vanilla.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
