Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    5 leaves of head lettuce
    3 green onions, chopped
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
    1 large tomato, cut into wedges
    1 c. oil and vinegar dressing
    1 c. herbal seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Tear spinach and lettuce into bite sized pieces in a large bowl; add green onions, celery, mushrooms and tomato.
    Toss mixture with dressing; garnish with egg slices and croutons. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
