Fried Eggplant Or Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant or zucchini
    bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    oil
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    milk
Preparation
    Slice eggplant or zucchini into 1/4-inch slices.
    Dip in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs.
    Fry in oil in skillet until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serve immediately.
