Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped ham
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 or 8 eggs (even more can be used)
    1 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    12 crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered 9 or 12-inch pan, depending on how many eggs are being used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
