Crock-Pot Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry, small beans (white or pink)
    2 ham hocks or 1/2 lb. bacon, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar or molasses
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 can beer
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot.
    Cover with water; cook slowly all day.
    Add water if necessary.
    Serves 8 to 10.
