Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. water
1 tsp. food coloring

Preparation

Mix ingredients and cook over medium heat until dough starts to stick to the stirring spoon.
Cool and knead.
Store in plastic container.
