Thick Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 lb. tomatoes, peeled and cored
    1/2 c. oil (2 Tbsp. olive oil is better)
    4 medium onions, diced
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. basil
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    2 bay leaves
    2 green peppers
Preparation
    Heat oil and cook onions, garlic and peppers until tender. Stir often.
    Add tomatoes and rest of ingredients.
    Bring to boil and simmer 2 hours.
    Take out bay leaves.
    I freeze in Tupperware.
