Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) crabmeat, rinsed, drained and cartilage removed
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced green onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Place cream cheese in a medium-size microwavable bowl. Microwave at Medium (50%) for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once.
Shred crabmeat.
Stir into cream cheese with remaining ingredients. Microwave at Medium until dip is heated throughout (approximately 4 to 7 minutes).
Makes about 2 cups.
