Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, well beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in pan.
Cook over medium, stirring constantly until thick.
Let cool completely.
Fold in cream.
Serve with fresh fruit.
Makes about 2 cups.
