Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked pie crust
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. cooked ham
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk or light cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle the cheese, flour and ham into pie crust. Combine the remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth and pour evenly over cheese and ham. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
