Microwavable Savory Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain white rice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion or 1/2 c. minced fresh onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. savory (basil, rosemary and/or oregano)
    2 tsp. instant bouillon
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Heat oil, margarine, onion and garlic for 2 minutes on High in microwave, stirring once.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cook on High for 5 minutes.
    Stir.
    Cook for 10 more minutes covering with a lid or plastic wrap until liquid is absorbed.
    Fluff with fork and serve.
