Favorite Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. steak sauce
1 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked (dry measure)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain well.
Add onions, tomatoes, sauces, green pepper and parsley.
Simmer for 30 minutes, then add mushroom soup and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook macaroni separately until almost done.
Combine meat mixture and macaroni. Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until top is bubbly.
