Grandma'S Italiano Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    .92 lb. salt pork
    1 1/2 yellow onions
    4 fresh garlic cloves
    1 pkg. pork bones
    4 (28 oz.) cans Progresso peeled tomatoes
    4 (6 oz.) cans Progresso pure tomato paste
    1 bunch fresh parsley
    3/4 jar Spice Island sweet basil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut cube sizes of approximately .92 pounds of salt pork.
    Fry in large saucepan eventually adding 1 1/2 chopped onions and 4 chopped garlic cloves.
    Brown all.
    Add pork bones and brown.
    Add tomatoes (mush tomatoes before adding).
    Cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil (approximately 20 minutes).
    Add finely chopped parsley (leafy part only).
    Add tomato paste and 72 ounces of water.
    Add basil (.49 ounce jar).
    Add palm full of salt and pepper (or to taste).
    Simmer.
