Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 1/3 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. white crab meat
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper with part of the milk.
    Beat all the lumps out.
    Add remaining milk and 1 cup cheese (reserve 1/3 cup for topping).
    Cook in double boiler until smooth.
    Add Tabasco and crab meat.
    Pour into casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
