Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    20 Ritz crackers
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar slowly; beat thoroughly.
    Crush or blend crackers very fine and add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Let cool and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Top with whipped cream, whipped topping or ice cream.
