Hominy South Coast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can hominy (use 1/2 juice)
3 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped ripe olives
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter; add onion and pepper.
Blend in flour and seasoning.
Add milk and cook to boiling.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Remove from heat.
Add olives and hominy.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
