Vegetable Stir-Fry With Light Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 fresh zucchini, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
margarine
1 c. whole kernel corn
1/4 c. fresh tomato
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet over medium to low heat. Add all vegetables, but tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Stir in tomato; cover and steam for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
