Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
3 eggs, beaten
4 c. 1-inch sliced rhubarb
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Prepare pastry for 9-inch lattice top pie. Put in 9-inch pie plate. Mix together all ingredients. Put into lined pie plate. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter. Adjust lattice top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 until done, approximately 45 minutes.
