Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 9 carrots, cut up
4 to 6 potatoes, cut up
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
1 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 onion, quartered
1 stalk celery with tops, cut up
Preparation

Put ingredients in crock-pot in the order given.
Stir just enough to mix spices.
Cook 10 to 12 hours on low (5 to 6 hours on high), stirring every hour or two.
Remove bay leaf.
Serve.
