Christmas Eve Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
4 c. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg white until foamy.
Add pecans and stir until coated, set aside.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Stir gently onto pecans until coated.
Spread pecans in lightly greased pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir every 10 minutes.
