Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 small can Pet milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar and cocoa; add milk a little at a time.
Cook on low heat.
Bring to a full boil and boil for 1 minute.
Add margarine and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
