Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
whipping cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
few drops red food coloring
3 Tbsp. water
1 qt. strawberries
Preparation

Cook 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water together until it boils.
Mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water and add to first mixture.
Cook until clear and glossy.
Add lemon juice and food coloring. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to mixture.
When cool, add one quart strawberries.
Pour into baked pie shell and top with whipped cream.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
