Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 6 pieces cubed steak
2 Tbsp. soup base (beef flavor)
flour
salt and pepper
chopped onion (optional)
chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation

With edge of saucer, pound both sides of steak with flour, salt and pepper.
Brown both sides in frying pan.
Remove steak.
